Abstract
Purpose: on the basis of the analysis of the competitive activity of highly qualified athletes to determine the model characteristics of the technical and tactical readiness of the world's strongest wrestlers. Material and methods. The study used the following methods: analysis of scientific and methodological information and Internet sources; analysis of protocols and video recordings of contractions; methods of mathematical statistics. With the help of an expert assessment, we analyzed videos of 29 competitive fights of wrestlers at the 2019 World Championship. The analysis of the competitive activity of athletes was carried out according to the following indicators: duration of fights; all technical actions carried out by wrestlers in competitive fights; real attempts; graded attempts; the effectiveness of the technique used in the rack and parterre; the effectiveness of protection in the rack and parterre; the effectiveness of the technique used in the rack and in the ground. Results: the study of scientific and methodological information, Internet sources and the generalization of advanced practical experience showed that the problem of studying the competitive activity of leading athletes and drawing up models of the strongest wrestler is one of the most urgent. The analysis of the competitive activity of the wrestlers who took first places at the 2019 World Championship made it possible to compile model characteristics of technical and tactical readiness. It has been established that champion wrestlers use 4 to 6 technical actions to achieve victory in fights. The most performed techniques in the stalls are roll-overs and throws with the back belt, and in the stance - transfers to the ground, dumping and pushing over the carpet. Assessment of the structure of the technical arsenal showed the superiority of the champion's parameters in terms of the number of effective attacks and points scored, along with low values of missed attacks and lost technical points. Conclusions. The analysis of the model characteristics of the technical and tactical readiness of the world's strongest wrestlers in various weight categories showed that each athlete has an individual arsenal of technical actions and tactical algorithms for conducting a fight and holding techniques.
