Abstract

The article proves the feasibility of implementing the provisions of the subjective approach in the process of a future primary school teacher training. The concepts of “subject” and “context” have been analysed as the semantic components of the leading concept of “subjective context”. There has been specified the subject-forming context which consists in organizing the conditions for the student's subjective participation in the educational process for forming his or her professional subjectivity. The essence and structure of the phenomena of “subjectivity” and “professional subjectivity” has been highlighted, and their formation is associated with the subjective context modelling. The essential characteristics of a personality’s subjectivity have been found out, and they are internal determination, integrity, consistency, substantive-effective and over-situational nature of activity, freedom, responsibility, reflectivity, uniqueness and creativity. The article defines the structure of professional subjectivity of a future elementary school teacher containing the subjective professional position, pedagogical activity, subjective experience and the ability to reflect. The stages of the formation of professional subjectivity of a future elementary school teacher have been highlighted, and they are: 1) the stage of general personality subjectivity; 2) the stage of primary professional subjectivity; 3) subjective and professional stage. It has been found out that at the first stage the implementation of the subjective context is connected with the clarification of the subjective potential of basic educational disciplines; at the second stage – with introduction of subject-specific special courses, as well as with imitative forms of training (analysis of situation, business game) at the third stage – with group forms of students' work based on discussion, dialogue and polylogue.
