Abstract
Modern dance - an independent art form, which combines movement, music and the body of the dancer, which acquire a new look, which go beyond classical canons. It is in this discipline that education is carried out professional skills of the dancer, mastering of movements, plastic forms, various dance techniques, styles of modern choreography. Work on coordination allows you to educate and enrich the virtuoso technique of the dancer, to enrich their dancing experience, gradually developing professionalism and dance performance. In class, students work with complex body movements, which is good train endurance, vestibular apparatus, respiratory system.
