This article presents theoretically-methodologic underpinning of business-coaching term as practices, which are used for business process optimization. It is reported that the main coaching sources as modern conception of practical psychology are sportive (individual and team) coaching, creative guidelines models and spiritual-being practices. It is paid attention to spirituality problems: penetration in the essential horizons of human being, in the world of valuable experience. The authors consider spiritual-being practices as spiritual culture content that find expression in self-improvement seeking through approaching to ideals of the truth, goodness and beauty. It is evidence-based established that business coaching using is a major contribution to corporate culture which resulted in generation of positive attitude to human, belief in the fact that everybody is a champion. It is mentioned the force if coaching instruments and processes which support people by new plan construction, life values rate, explanation of choices of development and vision of the professional future. It is paid attention to the main coaching processes principles (everything is all right; people make the best choice available to them; the changes are not only possible but always take place; every person has all resources to reach his own aim; every action has positive purpose) and using them in the business. It is reported that coaching as practical psychology conception, on the one hand, bases on well-known methods of psychological science: observation, interviewing, conservation, testing, modelling and etc., and on the other hand, has its own standardized and tested models and technologies of self-actualization (SMATR, GROW and etc.), it is become short acquainted with them. It is shown that coaching-consultation is actually for all business spheres as it facilitates creation of conditions for qualitative changes of business man activities that unavoidable causes reaching the desired results due to personal requirements and new turn in company development.
