Abstract
Global ecological problems, that are widespread in the world, create a large threat to humanity, all planet and Ukraine in particular. In this connection there is a requirement in preporation of home specialists of natural direction. Data of Ukrainian Center of evaluation of Quality of education testify to reduction to the amount of graduating students that fold EIE from disciplines beginning from 2018. The purpose of this article is to carry out a general analysis of the pedagogical conditions for the development of creative and cognitive abilities of students of secondary schools on the basis of NC "Small Academy of Sciences of Ukraine". The article highlights the data of a study conducted over two years with the participation of students from educational institutions in Kyiv according to the method of EA Klimov, which allowed to identify students prone to professions of natural sciences. The results of the study provided an opportunity to identify the pedagogical conditions created in the educational process of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine for the development of creative and cognitive abilities of students
