Abstract
The paper is devoted to the issue of separatism that is considered in the light of human being integrity. Human being is considered via freedom and such philosophical categories as justice, existential continuity, human dignity. Taking into account the definition of the term “transgression”, it is represented as a limit in general as well as a spatial frontier. The correlation of an image of a limit, namely a boundary with the social and cultural context can be presented by semantic interpretations recognized in culture and existed social limits of its opportunities in the processes of social, cultural and political interactions. Moreover, the other way of frontier spatial fixation is a wall. It is a rigid boundary that limits internal and external space. The connection of such limits representations is considered to have crucial influence on separatism nature. The issue of Donbass secession was considered in the article, based on the Public opinion poll conducted by the Ilko Kucheriv Democratic Initiatives Foundation together with Kyiv International Institute of Sociology in the period between February, 8-18 th , 2014. The issue of dissipation is presented at two levels: the first is connected with the blurring the rules and limits expansion, namely with social transgression. The second reveals the main directions of the transgression: reflexive and philosophical, ethical and normative, common practices.
