Abstract
In the current socio-cultural situation, the study of the role of communication in the exercise of power becomes especially relevant. Successful communication of power can be ensured by persuasion, in which language plays an important role. In modern society there is a dynamic movement of transformations. With the growing role and influence of communicative power, information and communication processes are of special importance, which allow to form new communications between government and society at the present level.
