Abstract
Guest special discipline is designed to form students' understanding of the gender issues of Ukrainian big prose at the turn of the XX - XXI centuries in the socio-cultural and political context of the modern world. The purpose of its study is to familiarize undergraduates with the basic theories of gender studies, terminological apparatus and scientific approaches to the study of gender representation in modern literature.
