Abstract

November 15, 2013 in the auditorium of the National Union of Composers of Ukraine hosted a concert jazz band «New Bayan Wave», devoted to the 25th anniversary of creative activity of his head - the famous accordionist , known in Ukraine and abroad , Honored Artist of Ukraine , winner of the Grand Prix VI International festival «Music WORLD» ( Italy), assistant professor of instrumental performance skills of Kiev University of Constantine , Boris Hrinchenka Strelchenko . The audience had the opportunity to hear jazz compositions and jazz arrangements of popular instrumental works performed by authors, outstanding musicians - Sterelchenka Constantine and his colleagues, winners of international jazz festivals Krymova Michael ( bass) and Volodymyr Kurylenko ( percussion ).
