Abstract

The manual was created within the project MoPED: Modernization of pedagogical higher education with by innovative teaching tools" of the EU program Erasmus + KA2 - Development of higher education potential № 586098-EPP-1-2017-1-EN-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP. The manual substantiates the need for radical changes aimed at improving the competitiveness of education, ensuring its quality, describes ways to implement innovative approaches and digital technologies in the educational process, presents a description of the draft standard of digital competence of teachers, prepared on the basis of questionnaires and 3D-mapping of digital competence Ukrainian pedagogical higher education
