Abstract

In the article, authors express the opinion that the universality of the content of the formation and development of digital entrepreneurship on virtual digital shared platforms is gaining national importance. The institutional mode of sharing economy of Ukraine in the conditions of virtual reality is developed. Author’s vision of the chain links of the consumer economy in Ukraine is presented, among which are named: “idea – digital production – innovation market”; “E-government – e-business – Society 5.0"; “Authority – resources – responsibility”; “Deoffshorization – childishness – deoligarchization – deregulation – decentralization – demonopolization” (model “6d”); “Knowledge – digital skills – digital ability – digital competencies – Education 5.0 – creative, highly skilled worker”. The risks of using sharing models for the functioning of digital entrepreneurship in the conditions of virtual mobility are determined. It is argued by the study of the article that the efficiency of sharing economy and its institutions is ensured only by: a constructive approach to the interaction of digital business, e-science and e-state; improving the quality of legal institutions; ensuring a high level of human capital and the formation of digital person. The quality of institutions of sharing economy in Ukraine should be created through institutional digital transformations based on the following processes: renewal (recombination of existing/traditional institutions); creation (design) of new institutes of digital development; import of borrowed digital institutions; digital transformation of existing informal public institutions into new formal institutions (and vice versa); digital adaptation of existing formal shared institutions to new informal ones (and vice versa). Authors propose an institutional digital transformation of the economy, in the direction of digital entrepreneurship, which would operate on virtual digital platforms, by reforming the system of existing institutions and relations, both “above” and “below”. The opinion is expressed that modernization “from above” should provide creation by state institutes of regulators and tools of realization and support of projects of sharing economy. The government should pursue a purposeful policy of supporting institutional transformations for the establishment of sharing economy. Modernization “from below” should be a gradual evolution of economic relations in accordance with the motivation of their immediate participants. In each case, it is necessary to create appropriate institutions for the development of digital entrepreneurship in sharing economy.
