Abstract

The discipline "Conducting Class: Conducting" is aimed at the development of musical and aesthetic intelligence, the formation of skills and abilities to work with the score, studying the specifics of music management, preparing students for concert-creative and pedagogical activities. The course "Conducting Class: Conducting" covers a wide range of musical activities, in particular: analysis of a musical work; instrumental and vocal-intonational study of musical material; conductor's mastering of the score; creating a clear performance concept; modeling of ensemble performance through the embodiment of different styles and genres; team management techniques. The main aspect of "Conducting Class: Conducting" is the meaningful formation of expressive facial expressions and manual choral technique during the study and performance of works, as the most important means of communication with the team and the listener.
