Abstract

The author examines the process of creating complexes of manors, consisting from noble estates in the Crimea during the XIX century as a result of the colonialist policy of the state. Expansionist activities involve the rapid entry of land the Crimea into space of Russian Imperia. Building of aristocratic cottages has accumulated a methods of activity established in terms of the absolute monarchy, methods, economic and cultural. Distribution of this historic and cultural phenomenon in the Crimea has speeded up the process of incorporation him into the empire.
