Abstract
In the article the features of the cyclical development of the economy are investigated due to the presence of various unexpected and random shock effects on the economy, which cause changes in the main macroeconomic parameters and reject the economy from its equilibrium state. It is proved that the cyclic factor has a significant and direct impact on the activity of enterprises, which needs to be adapted by systematizing, evaluating and analysing changes in the business environment. It is substantiated the necessity of using the system approach, which allows to form a coherent idea about the system of economic security of the enterprise, which suggests to understand the complex and structured education, the peculiarities of formation and functioning of which directly depend on the existing internal and external risks of the enterprise and the necessity to achieve its sustainable functioning in specific unstable economic conditions. It is determined that in today's economic security system any enterprise is to achieve such a level of security of its informational, financial, organizational-managerial and innovation-investment functional subsystems, in which the ability to avoid or minimize relevant risks and the ability to achieve strategic goals is observed. This is achieved through the use of management methods as external risks that have an impact on the system of economic security of the enterprise and internal risks that arise in all of its functional subsystems. Based on the classification of risks in terms of their impact on the system of economic security of the enterprise, macroeconomic and political-legal, financial, operational and techno-technological, personnel and marketing risk groups have been identified. The structural algorithm of the system of economic security of the enterprise is proposed for ensuring its stable functioning in the conditions of an unstable economic environment consisting of interconnected and interacting elements. Based on the conceptual provisions of the research and the methodology of scientific knowledge, structural elements of the system of economic security of the enterprise are proposed, which should include the basis of the methodology (general theory of systems and the theoretical basis of economic security), characteristics of activity (properties, principles and functions), specific structural elements (purpose, tasks, subjects and objects, functional subsystems), methodological support (methods and mechanisms), productive components (qualitative and quantitative indicators). It is determined that introduction of the structural algorithm of the system of economic security will contribute to the achievement of the stability of all its functional subsystems and the enterprise as a whole in modern economic conditions.
