Abstract

The course "Media Issues" is designed to form the theoretical basis of the Bachelor of Journalism, so the purpose of its study is a clear awareness of students of the specifics, problems and features of the media space of Ukraine and foreign countries, critical understanding of information content produced by them. The course acquaints with political and economic, social, medical, cultural, religious issues in the media, the peculiarities of its coverage in the media of foreign countries, as well as leading national and regional Ukrainian media.
