Abstract

The guidelines are designed to assist the general secondary education institution in developing an internal system for ensuring the quality of educational activities and the quality of education. This publication takes into account the changes in educational legislation that occurred after the adoption of the law "On Complete General Secondary Education" in 2020. The recommendations are based on the requirements and criteria proposed for institutional audit to assess the quality of educational activities, management processes in the institution and cover the educational environment, management processes, quality of pedagogical activities, the system of assessment of student achievement.
