Abstract

In section it is revealed the essence of the personal coaching support in the context of the global society crisis. Namely it is proposed the coaching technologies for psychological support in the process of experiencing and overcoming life`s difficulties. It is marked that the current reality is that we have to live in another world: the unstable, uncertain, complex and ambiguous world of VUCA. It is determined the VUCA concept particularities and it is analyzed the ways of applying in the world where the forecasting tasks are difficult to implement. The authors consider that in this sense the broad analysis material is the experience and theoretical positions of coaching which has scientific and methodological basis and is a logical continuation of the psychological practice ideas inherent in humanistic, existential, postmodern, transpersonal and integrated psychological paradigm of the late twenties’ century. In the first section it is considered the main coaching directions: business-coaching and life-coaching: the main approaches, principles and tools that in our opinion, will help in the global crisis in Ukraine. It is provided the definition of coaching particularly according to M.Atkinson «coaching affects the positive changes in the internal potential of people, teams, organizations». It is paid attention to the basic principles of the coaching process: 1. Everybody is alright. 2. The person makes the best choice available to her. 3. Changes are not only possible but always happen. 4. Everyone has all resources to achieve what they want. 5. In every action there is a positive intention. In the second section it is discussed coaching methodology which offers skills development practices, helps to detail and build the microelements` order of effective coaching communication through methods of strong coaching conversations, teaches to communicate in such a way that your inspiration and opportunities are increasing, helps you though maps and methods, to develop inner language structures and action structure which is related to the activation of goals channel. At the end it is demonstrated one of the main support tools – Technical dissociations by working with stress. Conclusions. Thus, coaching is a process of transformational communication that helps clients to learn seven types of coaching flow, namely: capture, observation, true value, logical progress, creative capacity, deep realization and gratitude using time factor, methods that are aimed at finding solutions and result-oriented thinking, etc. In the paper it is demonstrated that coaching support in the context of crisis is relevant and vital both for all types of business and on a personal level because it helps to create conditions for qualitative changes of human activity that definitely will cause the desired result according to her own requirements and to a new round of self-development.
