Abstract

The article considers the legal regulation and case law of the implementation of the agreement on satisfaction of the rights of the mortgagee and the mortgage clause, as protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the mortgagee. The author defines the legal guarantees, features and prerequisites for the transfer of ownership of the mortgage to the mortgagee
