Abstract
The article presents the theoretical bases of developing pedagogical skills of training officers of vocational-technical schools. It defines the author's concept of developing pedagogical skills of training officers of vocational-technical schools which is displayed in a number of conceptual propositions. The development of pedagogical skills of training officers of vocational-technical schools is presented as the activities of the subjects of refresher training aimed at pedagogical assistance and support for the professional development of training officers of vocational-technical schools in terms of shaping their value orientations that determine the motives of professional activity and regulate some of its operations. The expected results of such formation include specific professional knowledge and skills; effective habits of behavior in particular situations; psycho-physiological characteristics ensuring the implementation of these skills. The perspective directions of the research involve the specification of separate conceptual propositions through modeling the subject matter “The development of pedagogical skills of training officers of vocational-technical schools ”.
