Abstract

The monograph describes the rights of a person in the field of business to various secrets, which are proposed to be divided into general, which may belong to any person (communication, personal papers), and special, which is a secret by type of professional activity, banking, commercial, notarial, lawyer). The book can be useful for lawyers whose field of activity is related to science or practice, as well as for business owners, as their interests have been taken into account in writing this scientific work and will help them to exercise and protect information rights.
