Abstract

Personal formation is a process that involves the genesis and modification of its leading trends, the formation of a specific uniqueness of each of the three components – cognitive, affective and behavioral, as well as the experience of fullness of life and emotional well-being. The implementation of this process occurs throughout the life of the individual, but at certain stages of age its course is more intense. Periods of such intensification include, first of all, normative age crises, in particular, the crisis of adolescence. However, it is obvious that the end of adolescence does not lead to the cessation of personality development, and, accordingly, we can not talk about personal permanence as a static, formed and unchanging construct. Instead, the dynamism of the personal sphere determines the continuity of the process of its formation. The purpose of this article is to study the age dynamics of personal development of adolescents in the context of ontogenesis and dysontogenesis. The article analyzes the personal dimension of ontogenesis and dysontogenesis of adolescents and presents the results of its scientific study by means of longitudinal research. It is proved that the personal development of adolescents with visual and hearing impairments is fundamentally different than that of their peers who do not have such impairments. Taking this into account is necessary in the course of practical work with these categories of persons, the organization and general methodology of which should be based on the characteristics of the personal sphere of adolescents, formed in the context of ontogenesis or dysontogenesis of their formation. Thus, we see the prospects for further research in this area in a practice-oriented study of ways and strategies of purposeful psychological influence on the personal sphere of adolescents in order to harmonize the process of their formation.
