Abstract
This article presents a critical review of the impacts of the pandemic on the public diplomacy strategies in Italy during first half of the 2021. By analyzing the approaches and responses to the vaccination campaign, it tries to seek perspective on how it is possible to become more economically resilient and nation-serving. The focus is now shifting from the development to the rapid and equitable distribution of vaccines, the demand for which far exceeds the supply. The uneven course of national immunization campaigns amid a growing number of infections and deaths is increasing political and societal pressure on the pace and scale of vaccinations
