Abstract

The article is devoted to the results of a survey of researchers and pedagogical staff of Hrinchenko University to identify relevant topics for professional development in the framework of didactic, research, leadership modules and ICT module. The list of training topics was formed in accordance with the identified current trends of continuous professional development of research and teaching staff of educational institutions, as well as taking into account the European experience in organizing training courses for teachers at universities.
