Abstract

Features of music-pedagogical education, professional training of performers and teachers of music art on the basis of the competence approach providing comprehensive development of the student's personality, deepening of general musical preparation, mastering of knowledge of vocal and choral culture (theoretical knowledge, vocal and choral repertoire, performing experience) are considered; acquisition of performing skills of vocalist, choirmaster, as well as pedagogical activities. The method of work in the choral conducting class (based on the analysis of S. Lyudkevych's choir "The Sun Sets") is substantiated, thanks to which future teachers of music art acquire professional competencies. The method of analysis is widely used, its specific varieties - musical-theoretical vocal-choral, performing. According to the performance plan, the need to recreate the interaction of two opposing melodic lines during the development of the choral work, due to the deep feelings of the lyrical hero - admiration for the beauty of his native land and deep longing for him abroad. The form, texture, rhythm of each part of the choir are analyzed, the peculiarities of sound management… etc. are noted, as well as the recommendations on the choirmaster's methods of their processing and performance are expressed.
