Abstract
The article is devoted to description of fourth edition of terminology glossary of the International Federation of Film Archives, which contains terms, general for the archive science and cinematography. Authors mark the necessity of preparation of Ukrainian-language version of edition; analyse experience of the Ukrainian specialists in this field.
