Abstract

The article raises the issue of methodological support of creative activities of educators in preschool education. Based on the analysis of scientific sources, different approaches of scientists to the definition of “support”, its etymology, essence and features are considered; methodical support of creative activity of an educator of preschool children as a creative process in the conditions of an institution of preschool education is characterized. The expediency of using the methodological support of the creative activity of the educator in order to ensure the professional growth and selfdevelopment of the teacher is theoretically substantiated. It is proved that methodical support of creative activity of an educator is a system of special influences aimed at ensuring close interaction of teachers in real conditions of creative pedagogical activity of preschool institution on the basis of complex use of various innovative forms of work. fruitful teamwork. t is established that creativity as a systemic phenomenon includes a certain set of interrelated components: creativity; creative process; degree of individual development of creative abilities; personality qualities that provide creative activity and characteristic qualities inherent in the creative personality of the educator. The subjects of methodical support of creative activity of a teacher are determined, the main priorities of support in professional activity of specialists and tasks of scientific-methodical support of professional self-development of a pedagogical worker of preschool institution are substantiated. The peculiarities of scientific and methodological support are outlined: design, integrity, phasing, systemic, democratic, variability, targeting, synergy, innovation management, co-creation. Traditional and innovative forms and methods of methodical support of creative activity, professional growth of the educator and selfdevelopment are characterized, systematization and choice of which depend on the purpose, structure, tasks of methodical work in the educational institution. New perspective accents of methodical support of professional growth of the teacher in activity of establishments of preschool education are defined
