Abstract

The development of information technologies, increasing the competition of highly qualified workers, increasing youth migration, the emergence of new forms and types of employment make new demands. Therefore, in the conditions of fierce competition in the modern labor market, young people must be able to prove the existence of appropriate competencies in order to be competitive.
