Abstract

In the article the author reveals the method of developing students' creativity in solo singing classes in higher educational institutions. To achieve this goal, the following theoretical research methods were used: analysis of philosophical, psychological, art and pedagogical literature within the research problem; activity-personal analysis during the substantiation of theoretical and methodological approaches to the coverage of the development of creativity in the future vocalists in solo singing classes. In the article the author offers an analysis of the latter research and publications on this topic. The definition of the scientific concept of "creativity" is given.
