The article reflects the origins of the crisis and the signs of the renewed realistic correlation of the counseling psychologist with the world under the conditions of war. The research algorithm included: establishment of formal-logical connection of initial concepts «world», «world image», «world view», «world correlation», «reality fragment», «meaning»; description of sources of realistic self-attribution crisis; construction of resource matrix; description of pilot reconnaissance of consultant psychologists’ correlation with war events. «Realism» is considered as awareness of personal specificity of intrapsychic (self-attribution), interpsychic and existential angles of «self and world correlation» in the events of war. Sources of lack of realistic correlation are considered as the complex system in which patterns (imprintings and mnemic contexts), physical embodiment of a pattern (sublimated experience, mnemic traces of meanings, apperceptive schemes, scenarios as models of prototypical knowledge) and forms of realization of a pattern (somatopsychic displays and unconscious conotations of nonverbal experiences) are allocated. A resource matrix is constructed that has four dimensions: facets of life and social roles; supports; existential completeness; and the degree of locality of interaction with the world. Each dimension is presented in dichotomous manifestations and qualitatively described. The goals of the pilot diagnosis were defined: emotional response styles; «crystallized» patterns of behavior; bodily destructive feelings; a sense map of subjective perceptions of reality. It has been revealed, that the deficiency of the experience of «I-Might-But-That-War» does not reduce the volume of professional activity of psychologists-consultants and their aspiration to provide the psychological aid demanded by clients. This tendency is qualified as a manifestation of the crisis of a realistic correlation of the consulting psychologists with the world and sets a task to reorganize their «crystallized» emotional, bodily and behavioral patterns
