Abstract

The article describes an innovative method of collective cooperation in the Industry 4.0 community, which involves the creation of new guidelines, digital platforms. The article lists the tools of the low-code platform, among which are: virtual development, cross-platform. It is noted that the low-code strategy is focused on accessibility and the ability to allow users to create the necessary functionality. Authors analyze the low-code algorithm through the prism of the stages of its implementation, namely: definition of requirements; market definition and evaluation; platform selection. Examples (benchmarking) of global companies that have made the digital transformation are given, among them: Boeing, Bosch, Atlas Copco, Caterpillar, Fanuc, Gehring, Hitachi, John Deere, Kaeser Kompressoren, Komatsu, KUKA. Each industry, each company, by preliminary analysis of opportunities and evaluation of the effectiveness of implementation and improvement, makes a choice in favor of one or another tool Industry 4.0 and 5.0. Digital transformation of the economy is being realized in harmony with these processes, as its role in the development of the smart industry and the development of new technologies is constantly growing. The opinion is expressed that most countries of the world, determining the direction of their economic, political, social, environmental development, should pay considerable attention to the introduction of modern technologies, especially those related to Industry 4.0 and 5.0 and involve innovation, glocalization, digitalization of all spheres life of society, including economics, politics, medicine, education, the introduction of smart-specialization of regions of countries, integration into a global industrial network of things and services. In the article authors’ attention is focused on the fact that in modern economic conditions the way of digitalization of business is through the assessment of the state of production facilities, digital logistics; identifying places where digital technologies can increase the efficiency of traditional enterprises; calculation of the economic effect of the introduction of digital tools in the smart industry; testing and monitoring the operation of digital equipment, devices.
