Abstract

The current age of the development of the international community is characterized by rapid digital and innovative processes that are progressively gaining the status of a major indicator of cultural development. The readiness of public and individual consciousness to changes in all domains of the life of society and acceptance of the new as a value becomes a pre-requisite for a progress. Accordingly, the view of the image of the very person changes. Therefore, the primary objective of education is to develop such qualities and abilities that would allow a person not only to ensure the quality of life, but also to make a creative social space, overcoming the difficulties associated with the perception of innovation. Today, developing a high level of competitiveness is an important task for all educational institutions. The creative and intellectual potential of teachers becomes the main factor in the formation and development of innovative education. The paper considers the approach of heutagogy, which develops the ability to learn, utilizes all universal learning opportunities, does not limit the choice of methods and forms, and has a nonlinear nature of the educational process of a future music teacher. It analyzes the principles of systematic analysis of complex, nonlinear systems, which are both an individual, individual’s creative potential and the modern space of education (nonlinearity, cordos-mediation, holism, emergence and game experimentation) and which provide for the integration into the system of innovative education principles. Innovative activity in contemporary dimension is considered as a holistic, multi-level, multiple-stage, nonlinear, synergetic system that performs corrective and guiding functions of developing creative potential of a future music teacher in the educational process. We argue that the growth of innovation in artistic education is impossible without the creative activity of a future music teacher.
