Abstract

The article is devoted to studying the advantages, disadvantages, and effectiveness of the innovative teaching model «inverted classroom», which can improve the quality of pedagogical education, and education in general. The study's relevance is confirmed by the need to use innovative technologies to improve the effectiveness of higher education for teachers, which is part of the strategy for the development of higher education in Ukraine. The purpose of the study is to offer practical tools for implementing the inverted classroom model to increase the efficiency of teaching in pedagogical institutions of higher education. The study used methods of analysis for critical analysis of the literature; synthesis – for data processing and selection of the most important criteria; systematization – to summarize the information provided by researchers; inductions and deductions, which allowed to form a scientific novelty of the study, offering practical tools for solving the problems of implementing the model of the inverted class in higher education institutions of Ukraine. The study results show that the implementation of this approach is quite effective because students in the learning process are searching for the truth independently. They have the opportunity to learn at a convenient time, teachers can apply an individual approach, and lectures turn into interesting discussions. The paper highlights the classical, innovative, and combined form of the model of «inverted learning» shows the importance of each of them. The article also shows the importance of the teacher in implementing this model because he can be the initiator of the innovative teaching process. The article highlights a number of advantages of such training and typical problems with proposals for their solution within the institution of higher education. The inverted classroom model is of great practical importance for teachers. Having received an education, they will further share this technique in the educational process, increasing interest in learning among students and the quality of education in Ukraine.
