Abstract

The author's view on the marginal nature of the quasi-ideology of the "Russian world", which is the ideological and value basis of the Russian-Ukrainian war, is offered. The characteristic features of political marginality as an independent phenomenon of politics are determined. Systemic marginalization as one of the leading tasks of the ideologues of the "Russian measure" is aimed at delegitimizing political and state power in those countries that are the objects of influence of this quasi-ideology. At the same time, systemic marginalization is the result of the successful influence of the ideas of the "Russian world". The authors consider as an example of the consequences of systemic marginalization the pseudo-referendums held in 2014 in Crimea, in the state formations "DNR" and "LNR", as well as the preparation for such "referendums" in the occupied territories of Ukraine in 2022. Named pseudo-referendums is a manifestation of imitation forms of democracy, aimed at marginalizing political spaces and actors in the occupied territories of the Russian Federation. The consequence of such political marginalization was the formation of unrecognized state formations in the occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions, the transformation of "DNR" and "LNR" into so-called "black spots" on the political, economic and socio-cultural map of Ukraine. Considering the ideology of "Russian world", the authors tried to answer the question "Who are the potential supporters of this ideology outside the Russian-speaking space and why" Russian measure "can be so attractive to some citizens of Europe, North and South America, Asia?". It is argued that the quasi-ideology of the "Russian world", despite a significant number of its supporters and sympathizers, has no future.
