Abstract
The article describes innovative technological developments, discoveries and innovations that predict the accelerated development of Industry 4.0. The rules affecting the transformation of the technological method of industrial-type production and the development of equipment and technology are specified. Authors analyze the content of scientific discoveries in 2021, among which the vaccine against HIV is named; thermonuclear reactor; reproduction of living robots; drugs to stop aging; CO2 turns into oxygen and carbon; light turns into matter; a rotorcraft flight on another planet; distortion of space; internet via laser beam; wireless charging with a range of several meters; fisheye lens for VR; small wind power plants; a train with a speed of 1000 km per hour; personal air transport; VR gloves; kinetic system of launching objects into space; small nuclear reactors; gravity accumulator; electric motor for passenger aviation. The opinion is expressed that there are differences between high-level economic instruments of stimulation (for example, benefits for enterprises investing in innovative development) and low-level ones, which are basic for the promotion of existing innovations. Authors presented a basic cycle that has 4 practical categories of promotion tools, namely: analytical databases are the basis for all innovative marketing tools; means of communication in the promotion of innovations should be based on the principle “from simple to complex”; marketplace is an electronic platform. In the article, authors’ attention is focused on the fact that in modern economic conditions, the priority strategy for the digitization of Ukraine should be work with the internal market, and the key initiatives should be the formation of motivations and needs for digital technologies among consumers (businesses, the state, production, citizens). At the same time, it is noted that significant investments are needed to overcome the existing large gap in the rating assessment of the development of innovative digital technologies.
