Abstract

The article examines the problem of formation and development of personality in philosophical and psychological and pedagogical aspects. It turns out that formation of the creative personality of the future instrumentalist-performer in high school depends on factors such as the student's musical abilities, educational-methodical and material-technical support of educational process, professionalism of the teacher. Professional and personal qualities are outlined, necessary for the creative development of the student-instrumentalist: musicality, musical abilities, musical talent and talent, creativity; creative imagination, expressiveness and emotionality, intuition, instant reaction, volitional beginning, suggestibility, persistence, organization, demanding, friendliness, tolerance, empathy, artistry. Definitely principles of formation of the creative personality of the future instrumentalist executor (principles of professional orientation, pedagogical expediency, problem-solving, systematic, consistent, personality-oriented learning, creative self-realization, artistic value of the educational repertoire, aesthetics of instrumental performance, public coverage of educational student achievements). Methods of creative development of the future instrumentalist-performer (methods of reflection, comparison, illustration, sound association, auditory regulation, creative interpretation of a musical work) are offered. The main forms of professional training that ensure the creative development of a student-instrumentalist in higher education are identified: classroom work on the educational repertoire under the guidance of a teacher; independent elaboration of instrumental works by the student; formation of individual performing style of a student-instrumentalist; student's work on his own creative image and stage image; realization of a creative idea in the process of a concert performance. Conclusions are drawn that the formation of the creative personality of the future instrumentalist-performer in higher education is a complex, multifaceted and dynamic process, the effectiveness of which depends on the use of pedagogically appropriate forms, methods and principles of student learning in instrumental classes.
