Abstract

The article introduces the modern concept of the development of the most important human competencies. The key understanding and relevance of the VUCA concept most often concerns how people see the conditions in which they make decisions, plan ahead, manage risks, promote personal change, and solve problems. The creative product provides a visual vision of the internal processes of the human psyche. A joint discussion of creative products with a therapist or group members develops the ability to understand their own deep transformations and gives them signs of clarity in the general vision of the picture of their own life. A unified list of relevant skills, the so-called "4C formula": critical thinking, creativity, communication, collaboration is revealed. The unification of this list to 4S is shown: Sense-making; Self-expression; Self-invention; Show-running. The interaction of the specified skills - 4C&4S - was demonstrated in the program of the workshop "Art-therapeutic Ikigai. We create our own formula for happiness."
