Abstract

The article is devoted research of statutory provisions of decision of electronic form of economic contract and applied questions of its use in an economic turn. The concept of electronic commerce is exposed, certainly descriptions of electronic form of economic contract, outlined terms of reality of economic contracts and the credible terms of reality and foundation of unreality of economic contract, celled in an electronic form are explained. By authors concentrated attention on legislative principles and actuality of electronic form of contract in an economic turn. In the article authors probe domestic contractual practice of application of electronic form of agreement in economic activity and use positive experience for the decision of terms of reality and grounds of unreality of electronic contract. The problems of the use are also analysed in contractual practice of electronic form of contract, electronic keys, confiding services, and the ways of their decision are offered.
