Abstract

The purpose of the educational discipline is to gain practical experience in the application of psychological technologies for the formation of career competence of various socio-professional groups of the population. Course objectives:  building a general system of psychological practice of career counseling;  disclosure of the content of partial technologies of career growth: career guidance, development of motivation, development of career orientations, formation of career competence;  formation of the ability to reflect and optimize an individual career growth strategy;  acquiring the ability to apply in practice psychological technologies for the formation of career competence (psychodiagnostic, consultative, psychocorrective and training
