Abstract

In the reception, the author proves that the development of communicative and emotional competences (emotional intelligence) are key factors in the professional development of a future media specialist. In order to develop emotional intelligence, you need aspiration, motivation and inspiration for activity. Students should be taught to be aware of their emotions and states, analyze them, understand the emotions of others, and improve their communication skills. This is facilitated by professionally oriented tasks based on life situations and with a projection on making this or that decision
