Abstract

The analysis of the land regulations of foreign countries, namely Spain and France, shows that they have different models of land legal regulation, which is primarily due to the customary and traditional specifics of these countries. Regardless of the difference between the land models of these countries, they still have common features and the direction of legislation to protect national production. The broad powers of state bodies authorized to implement state policy in the field of agricultural relations lead to a stricter nature of land market regulation and the settlement of internal land disputes.
