Abstract

The article presents successive stages of influence on the communicative speech development of children with autism reliance on evidence-based practices "Ayres Sensory Integration" and "Sensory Diet". Systematization of the features of communicative speech is carried out development of children with autism, in particular, the factors and consequences of the typical autism state of communicative and speech spheres of their development are considered. A study of the features of communicative and speech development, and the state of formation of the sensory sphere in 26 preschool children with autism. Approaches, methods, and means of influencing the communicative speech development of these children in accordance with the expected results intervention. Evidence-based practices viewing efficiency are presented 2020 on autism spectrum disorders, among which are highlighted "Ayres Sensory Integration" and "Sensory diet" as methods based on ideas of patterns of development and active participation in life. The content and algorithm of intervention implementation at each stage are established sensorimotor development of children with autism. Developed and implemented the strategy of intervention in the direction of normalization of the state of sensory formation integration of preschool children with autism, which has significantly affected improving their communicative and speech manifestations. The property of the study is to develop a scheme of gradual impact on holistic development of children with autism as a methodological tool for planning an intervention strategy for their communicative-speech development, implementation of this intervention, and monitoring of the dynamics of success in context of interdisciplinary support of these children.
