Abstract

The problem of professional burnout of representatives of socionomic professions remains relevant, the article adds to the understanding of emotional burnout as a phenomenon that reveals personal deformation, the danger of which for a specialist in the service sector consists in emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, reduction of personal achievements and is potentially the most vulnerable factor in professions of this type. growth of indicators on all scales of burnout in accordance with the increase in work experience. Thus, the highest indicators on all scales are set for employees who have more than 5 years of experience, including managers, managers, and administrators. This can be explained by the fact that employees of these specialties belong to management positions where the level of requirements and responsibility is higher. Managers are characterized by a high level of meaningful life orientations, in particular according to the scale "Locus of control - master of life". Women who work in the catering sector are more exhausted than men. It has also been proven that representatives of the public catering sector choose maladaptive strategies to overcome stressful situations.
