Abstract

The article considers psychological support of the labor market specialists as one of the methods of providing psychological assistance, which involves personality-oriented communication of the specialist, during which a partnership style of communication is established and maintained. It has been determined that labor market situation is experienced by a person as a critical situation, which often leads to serious negative consequences in his psychophysiology and in the organization of social life. The levels of psychological support of the psycho-emotional state of the labor market specialist are the following: cognitive (increase of self-esteem, selfconfidence, correction of ideas about oneself); motivational (increasing activity and motivation in job search, self-knowledge and self-development, actualization of work needs); emotional (correction of emotional and psychological state, development of self-regulation skills); behavioral (formation of skills of effective forms of behavior in the labour market in accordance with individual psychological characteristics and human abilities). The theoretical model of psychological support of the labor market specialist is considered: diagnostics of social and psychological problems; psychological counseling; psycho-correctional and psychotherapeutic work; psychological rehabilitation; professional and psychological preparation for employment. Techniques of psychological assistance to the labor market specialist and methodical methods for restoring psycho-emotional resources and knowledge of psychological self-help of specialists have been considered. Emphasis has been placed on the importance of the principles and methods of facilitation interaction in y professional activities of the individual.
