Abstract

The purpose of writing this scientific article is to find out, based on the analysis, the main problems that educational institutions face in their practical activities. We believe that the main causes of the problems we have highlighted are the relatively new type of offenses and the lack of established practice. We see the solution to this problem in the educational activities of the heads of structural divisions, who, for example, during classes, inform about bullying, its consequences and responsibility.
