Abstract
In the conditions of total globalization, under the influence of fluctuations in the market environment, which is dynamically developing and generates a spectrum of various contradictions, there is a need to improve and study planning as a component of the enterprise management mechanism. Business planning is of strategic importance, as modern, more structured and integrated approaches to business planning provide a perspective for development and high financial stability of the enterprise. Modern business planning is also an important management function that requires targeted efforts from the company's management to fully realize its benefits.
