Abstract

The advantages of usage of Google-Calendar service Google Apps in the planning of work of organizational-educational units of higher educational institutions are analyzed in this work. The main accents are put on planning-analytical support of activity of indicated units. The author of the publication underlines key advantages of Google-Calendar service Google Apps, its key advantages compares to other similar services and analyses its usage in work of organizational-educational units of higher educational institutions. It is identified that implementation of Google-Calendar service Google Apps can become a part of information system, that ensures united information space of a modern higher educational institution. Effective usage of Google Calendar in organization of educational process is described, and presented on the working example of Methodists personnel of Scientific-methodological centre of research, scientific projects and programs of Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University. It is identified, that creation and improvement of mechanisms of building corporate content with the help of Google-Calendar service Google Apps will allow the collaborators of organizational-educational units of the higher educational institution to plan and organize educational process. Such organization of educational process optimizes the activity of organizational-educational units of higher educational institutions. The usage of services Google Apps, in particular of Google Calendar lets to optimize the activity of organizational-structural units of higher educational institution in terms of effective planning.
