Abstract

The article analyzes the benefits of using the Google Apps service in the work of the organizational and training units of the University. The main emphasis is placed on the use of the Google Apps service Google Drive, which saves documentation and work with the joint documents of the organizational and training units of universities. The author of the article outlines the main benefits of the Google Apps service Google, and considers the application of the organizational and training units of universities. The main features of the Google Apps service Google Drive are described. It has been determined that the use of Google's Google Drive service is part of the creation of a specific information system that will provide a single information space for a modern university. A specific example of the effective use of the Google Apps service Google when storing and processing documentation while organizing an educational process is the methodologist of the organizational and training unit (NMC research, scientific projects and programs of the Kiev University of Boris Grinchenko) in the work. It is determined that the creation and adjustment of mechanisms for constructing corporate content with the involvement of the Google Apps service Google Apps will allow staff members of the organizational and educational units of the higher educational institutions to store, create and collaborate with the documentation during the organization of the educational process. Such an organization of the educational process optimizes the activities of the organizational and educational units of the universities and allows the employee to maintain documentation and cooperate with other colleagues.
