Abstract

The purpose of the course: formation of competence in understanding the sphere of education in its sustainable development; promoting the formation of knowledge about achievements and contradictions in the theory and practice of functioning of modern educational systems; development of professional competence of education seekers based on the study of "Philosophy of education", "Education", "Adult education and human capital development" as fields of interdisciplinary scientific knowledge; mastering the system of theoretical and practical knowledge and skills for effective work with adults to promote their personal and professional development and self-improvement.
