Abstract

The chapter is devoted to analysis and reflections on the issues related to today's requirements for establishing modern partnership relations of the state with other subjects of law, in particular, subjects of economic activity and entrepreneurship. The study noted that the relevance of this issue is growing now, despite the war, which is noted by both statesmen and domestic and foreign scientists. The transparency of economic policy, the development of human capital and the social sphere should become important factors in the development and stabilization at the appropriate level of the national economy and domestic entrepreneurship, the joint concentration of the interests of various participants in legal relations in the field of entrepreneurship, which should eventually lead to sustainable economic growth and stable development of entrepreneurship industries .
