Abstract

The purpose of the educational discipline is to reveal the essence of the phenomenon of reflection and a healthy lifestyle in the context of a coaching approach; to form the need for self-determination and self-improvement on the basis of personal and intellectual reflection, as well as the readiness to form motives for self-awareness, self-development of "others" on the basis of communicative and cooperative reflection; to form a valuable attitude to a healthy lifestyle in all its manifestations; master reflexive coaching and Health coaching technologies.
